1. PROJECT MANAGERS
Responsibilities
- Managing projects by coordinating between sales, operation and analysis team through sound leadership and effective project control for successful contract execution. Develop and maintain strong relationship with client.
The Person
- Possess Engineering Degree, preferably in Mechatronics, Electronic, Computer or Pipeline Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years experiences in pipeline inspection engineering and project management or similar fields
- Good communication and competency in English language.
2. DATA ANALYSTS
Responsibilities
- To professionally analyze and interpret raw pipeline inspection data for conversion into commercially viable reports to enable clients assess and review the integrity of their pipelines.
- Review and analyze raw pipeline inspection data professionally obtained from inspection tools.
- Work closely with the Field Engineers in tying Reports to Field Crew Report and Tool Survey Sheet.
- Obtain additional information for Clients and Contracts to produce complete Reports.
- To prepare Preliminary and Final Reports for submission to Clients in accordance to Contracts.
- To conduct presentations to clients in conjunction with Final Report Presentations.
- To conduct or to perform any additional task beside analysis scope of work that was specifically assign by Analysis Manager with regard to Analysis Department
The Person
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or any related Engineering disciplines.
- Able to communicate convincingly with clients especially at senior level.
- Past experience in similar fields will be and added advantage.
3. QC MANAGER – 1 position
Responsibilities
Reports to the CEO on the day-to-day quality control of works. He shall reports to the CEO on the effectiveness of the Project Quality Management System.
- Establish and implement Project Quality Management System for the Company
- Brief and educate the project team and subcontractors on the Project Quality Management System and other Client’s requirements which relate to quality
- Instill awareness of quality of works to the project team, subcontractors and suppliers
- Coordinate and issue the Method Statements/Work Instruction for Client’s approval
- Coordinate and issue Project Quality Plan and other management procedures which require Client’s approval
- Coordinate with other departments for the generation of Project Procedures for compilation of project Instruction Manual (PIM)
- Control of monitoring and measuring equipment and the calibration records
- Establishment and implementation of non-conformance, corrective and preventive action procedure
- Coordination and management of project document control and records
- Review with the Management Team on the effectiveness of the Project QMS for continuous improvement
- Prepare QA/QC Report for submission to Client and Management on a weekly and monthly basis respectively
- Perform QA audits and to ensure compliance with procedures
- Compilation of project documentation for handing over
The person
- Degree in any Engineering discipline from recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years experiences in Oil & Gas industry as Project QC Manager
- Sound understanding of ISO 9001:2000 requirements
- Familiar with ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skill in English language
- Able to communicate convincingly with clients especially at senior level
- Good report writing skill
- Able to lead a team of QA/QC personnel at site.
